2. Services

We provide handyman and construction services. All services are performed by independent contractors.

We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and completing every project as efficiently as possible. However, we do not guarantee specific completion dates or results due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, material availability, unexpected structural issues, or changes requested during the project.

Estimated timelines will be provided, and customers will be kept informed of any updates or delays. Our priority is to complete every job with care, quality, and attention to detail.

3. Payments & Pricing

We accept cash, check, online payments, and card payments.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of project acceptance to secure scheduling and cover initial materials and planning. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

No consultation fee is charged.

Costs associated with materials are non-refundable once purchased or ordered, including custom or project-specific materials.

Refunds may be issued when appropriate. If an issue is determined to be due to our workmanship or responsibility, we will provide a refund or correct the issue as necessary.

A late fee of 5% may be applied if an invoice is not paid in full within 30 days of issuance.

4. Scheduling & Service Policies

Services may be booked by call, text, or email. Customers may book up to 6 months in advance.

Jobs may be canceled or rescheduled when necessary. We ask for reasonable notice.

If the customer is not available or the work area is not prepared at the scheduled time, the service may be rescheduled to the next available opening.

If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate promptly and provide updated timelines.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Project address/location
  • Clear photos of the project area
  • A detailed description of the requested work

Customers are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and prepared.

We may refuse or pause service due to unsafe conditions, incomplete information, harassment, or projects outside our scope.

6. Liability & Damages

We carry general liability insurance.

We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damages, prior improper installation, delays outside our control, or work outside the agreed scope.

If damage occurs as a result of our work, we will assess and address it fairly, including repair or replacement when appropriate.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the affected item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or pre-existing damages.

Customers must remove or secure personal belongings prior to service.

7. Photos & Media

We may take before and after photos of completed work.

Photos may be used for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.

We will avoid capturing personal or sensitive information whenever possible and will request permission before publicly posting photos.

Customers may request that their photos not be used.

8. Website & Content

All website content, including images and materials, may not be copied or reused without permission.

We reserve the right to remove or block users from our website when necessary.

9. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

We aim to resolve disputes through communication first. If necessary, disputes may proceed through mediation, arbitration, or court depending on the situation.

Customers are required to contact us first to attempt to resolve concerns before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
